Giraffage is an electronic music producer who incorporates a lot of R&B, hip hop, and dream-like sounds into his music. This album uses a lot of back and forth of vocal samples, steady bass, and electronic twists in each song. Some of the songs sound more dreamy, others sound a bit video game-like or funky. Some of the tracks just maintain a steady, constant beat like "Just Over the Horizon" while others like "First Breath" incorporate a lot of different, almost contrasting sounds at once.

In their full-length debut studio album, FM-2030, Reptaliens combines lo-fi, groovy, and sci-fi all together to create a unique tone distinctly their own. This album has an overall unified psychedelic style with Bambi Browning's dreamy voice, synth riffs, and trippy ambiance backgrounds. There is a good range of beats that are featured in their debut album which adds nice variety. The song titles and lyrics are a little funky (satan, 666bus, stalkers, etc) but I think this adds to their eccentric spacey-feels, kind of like tripping.

BETS’ album “Days Hours Nights” is an ethereal slow jam fit for a day chilling around the house. This album was described to me as “indie pop”, so I was expecting more of a punch, but once I realized the true message of the album I actually enjoyed it. BETS lead singer Betsy Hershey brings these breathy ballads to life.

It's kinda funny that the first time I heard this band's music was off of one of those music channels on satellite tv while chilling in a hot tub. This music fits that mood pretty perfectly to me. It's exactly what you wanna listen to when you're unwinding in a hot tub. But DIIV has been around since 2011 and has consistently put out amazing music and this is no exception. Great album to listen to if you are looking to chill out to some groovy tunes.

Now this is a single. This is the first song I listened to for my first ever KAMP review and I loved it. I already sent Deephead a message that I enjoy his track. This is a great song to kick back and relax to. If you like The Underachievers, maybe you should check this guy out.

1. Angel: This track has a really serene feeling. It reminded me of something Owl City might create.

2. Long Time: It's peaceful. Reminded me of a clock with the ticking, but it wasn't annoying. This sounds like driving across country and it's raining the whole time.

3. From Grace: Sounds similar to XXYYXX until there's this really huge build up and it goes into this oriental kind of vibe, but still wavy.

For me, In Colour, got off to a rough start. I didn't really get what was going on with Gosh, the opening track. But, I forced myself to listen to it a few more times, and I noticed that one of the most interesting features of this album is not only that the sound in each track is buildable, but that such malleability gives rise to an unexpected cohesion. Each track has a unique sound, but a similar tone. The crescendo of intensity throughout the album is surprisingly motivating and calming at the same time.
