Bless These Sounds Under The City's On The Brink of Life, consists of many hypnotic kind of songs. "The Sleeping 8" is the first song of the album and it gives off a very haunting but inviting vibe. "A Clever Disguise" is a fun, upbeat softer rap and "An Iridescent Aura" is one of the many spellbinding pieces that could be heard in a winter musical. "Warming The Frozen Star" is my favorite song of this album with the clear vocals featuring the nice strumming of the guitar.

Rest Ashore
Label:
Self-Released

With "THe Human Error", local band Rest Ashore debuts with their first self-produced album. Classified as Math Rock by someone close to the band, Rest Ashore brings that to life and up in center. The vocals remind me of another band but I cannot place it and it honestly annoys me so much. The opening track "Chinese Opera" has a very catchy beat to it and I feel the Math portion of the lbum really shows itself on this track. The vocals stay consistent throughout the entire album and is pretty nice to listen to.
