Bio
Liz Wilshin is a huge fan of Thrash, Black Metal, Norwegian Black Metal, Deathcore, Death Metal, Melodic Death, Progressive Metal, & more. Though she loves her metal, she also loves Folk and Old School Rap due to her dear friends Alex Gendreau (Alternative Director) and Lucas Steele (Hip-Hop Director). But don't worry- she stays away from Nu Metal at any and all costs. She is a Sophomore at the University of Arizona majoring in Biological Human Evolution with a minor in Classical studies.

Involvement with KAMP
As Metal Music Director, Liz keeps in constant contact with her promoters via e-mail and telephone correspondence. Not only does she participate in CMJ Charting, but she also promotes the KAMP Metal Department throughout campus approaching anyone in a black shirt & doing shows on "The Mall" which is the main part of campus. Liz has been a member of KAMP since Fall of 2008 and was bequeathed the position of Metal Director during Spring of 2009. Her two hour metal show is on Fridays from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and any listener can expect the newest metal to be spun along with a dose of dry humor and cynicism.
